Granite Hill, also known as Madlidlinini, is a very poor community just outside Mbombela, approximately 4km from the N4. Church Unlimited Mbombela members, Fabio Lucas and Eugene Wessels, planted a church after having been preaching to a community from Mozambique that needed to hear the gospel in Portuguese.  As many ladies go out to find piece jobs during the day, a need for a safe place for their young children to gather and engage in stimulating activities, was communicated by the Chief. 

Church members connected Sinani with members of the community, and we have since started growing a relationship. Champions from the community recently visited our Zwel Kids Club in Zwelisha for cross-training, where they have been building a team and trying to gain momentum.  After one visit, the community champions started cooking for the children.  

We have identified 38 children, of which 23 are non-school-going age.  The school-aged children will be brought in this year.
