Flips in airplanes, a visit to the Rhino Sanctuary, and interactions with elephants at Elephant Whispers, Hazyview were but a few of the exhilarating activities that Pediatric Care Africa, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of White River, treated some of our youth from Teka Takho Disabled Centre to at Uplands White River during their “Camp Quality” initiative in March this year!
With the support of caregivers and medical staff, 38 children who suffer from diverse and physical disabilities enjoyed 5 days of fun and adventure completely free of charge, providing much joy and instilling a sense of hope in these young hearts.
We are grateful to all involved in creating a safe and special environment for our youth to simply be kids!
