We hosted our Winter 2022 Youth Camp in June this year, where 28 youth from 7 different communities joined us.
After an application process, in which our teens were asked to motivate as to why they would benefit from attending our youth camp, the most promising 28 candidates were selected and invited to join our camp. They embarked on an epic 4-day adventure, during which they learned valuable life lessons while having loads of fun.
Topics such as identity, purity, and restoration were discussed and creatively expressed through various activities, including balloon popping, visual and performing arts, and the restoration of an old, dilapidated building. We ended our camp with a beautiful time of reflection, affirmations, and the highlight of the camp… water baptisms!
