We have had a series of meetings with the leadership in Mpakeni, starting around October of 2018. The result of these meetings is this community has agreed to relaunch their centre as the Siyanakekela Life Centre. With a new team of committed care workers, Siyanakekela’s focus is building and equipping their team so the children in this community are cared for well. This location needs a consistent source of water. They need an irrigation system to help the with their garden and to have a reliable source for their daily washing, cooking and drinking needs. As they grow their team, they’ve asked to have Sinani help in the training. They desire to find a new location that will have space to continue their Foundation for Farming efforts as well as enough room for kids to play.
